Dear Falcon View Resident,

Thank you for requesting this waste removal and recycling service proposal. Bestway Disposal is a locally owned and operated company that has been providing the Colorado Springs area with the highest quality rubbish removal and recycling service since 1950. The following is a list of our guaranteed services that we will perform without fail:

If it is windy, we position your cart or cans so they will not blow away.

If cart or cans aren’t out we will look for them.

If we can’t find them we will knock on the door to get them.

We will clean up after emptying carts and picking up bags.

We will take all moving boxes free for new residents.

We pick up recycling the same day at no extra charge.

If there is an extra charge for refuse items we will call to get an approval

before taking them.

Addenda

Requested Service: (3-Year Service Agreement for Master Billing)

One 96-gallon waste cart and two additional lawn-sized bags picked up 1x/week at the curb. Same day recycle pick up is included at no additional charge. Bestway provides and maintains the waste carts. Pick up day: Monday

Master Billing* (138 Homes) = $8.75/month per home (5% rate increase for Year 2 & Year 3)

Individual Billing** (50-75 Homes) = $15.00/month per home

(76-100 Homes) = $14.00/month per home

(101 + Homes) = $13.00/month per home

*Master Billing: One bill is sent to the Association every month for which it is responsible.

**Individual Billing: One bill is sent to the homeowners every 3 months for which they are responsible.

***There would be no additional discount for seniors.
