Welcome to the Falcon View Community Portal (FVCP) designed to provide a
neighborhood forum to communicate and improve the quality of life for our
community. This site is under construction and is in need of your ideas and
suggestions. If you would like to contribute to making this virtual space better
please submit your input using the contact link on the left.
For now, you will have to ignore the banner ads at the top and
bottom of the page...this portal is hosted free of charge.
Collectively, we have 138 houses in Falcon
View and can have a lot of leverage over the builders,
developers, and services that each of us enjoy. For example, improving the
curb appeal of the neighborhood can be easily accomplished if we
all petitioned the developer and builders to finish the entrances/exits of the
neighborhood.
Please actively spread the word of this website to your
neighbors so we can get everyone involved!
What Your Neighbors Are Saying
- We need to impress upon people how important it is to
remove the snow from their sidewalks. We have kids walking to and from the
bus stop and they either have to walk in the street or on icy/snowy
sidewalks, both of which are very dangerous. It would be great if everyone
would do their part to help keep our children safe.
- Thanks for putting this website together. I think its a
great idea for us to work together to maintain our community.
- You don't know how ecstatic I am to see a website built
just for Falcon View. I couldn't agree with you more on the fact that we
need curb appeal!!! Why do we not have a sign in the entryways stating our
name?? Why do we have no trees planted?? It has been my understanding that
it was up to us a community to get together and start a neighborhood
association and collect fees. While I don't mind doing this, it sounds
better to see if we can make the developer do so. What can we do to help you
get in touch with the developer and petition. I think a single trash service
would be wonderful to. Please let me know how I can help out. Also, would it
be possible to have a once a month gathering at the detention basin for
trash pickup and control?? Thank you so much for all that you have done.
- Thanks! I'm really glad someone is stepping up improve
our neighborhood. I'm really hoping that we can get an active HOA to start
enforcing covenants to protect our property values...We have a nice
neighborhood that is rapidly declining due to people not maintaining their
yards, parking commercial vehicles, etc.
Let your voice be heard too and keep sending in your ideas and
suggestions.
