- Common waste management company
There are three waste management companies that visit Falcon View
weekly. Wouldn't it be nice if we only had one and it cost you less then
what you are paying now? US Waste, Tri-lakes, Waste Management, and Best
Way can offer the community good deals if we all get on board. Check out
what Best Way has to offer.
- Snow removal
Right now everyone is on there own to clear out the snow. It would be nice
if we had a reliable removal service.
- Neighborhood watch
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Neighborhood Watch Program is designed to
promote interaction between Patrol Deputies and you, the citizens of the
community. Our program will bring the deputies that routinely work in
your area to you; so that together you can discuss crimes and crime
prevention that are relevant to your neighborhood. For more information

- Evening lighting Policy - Automatic light timers
The one in this picture is an Intermatic SS8
($36 at Home Depot) and turns on the outdoor
lights automatically adjusting for seasonal changes.
